Welcome to High Forrest Technology. Our company was founded in a small middle Tennessee town in 1972. High Forrest Technology originally did CB Radio and Police
Radio Repairs as well as Broadcast Engineering work. Our founder, Dave R. Mason built custom audio equipment for both the Broadcast Industry and Performing Musicians. From Remote Broadcast Mixers and Hybrid Audio Transmission
Systems, to Custom Road and Studio Mixers for Gospel, Country, and Rock Bands - Dave designed and built systems tailor made to accommodate the many diverse needs of a mixed breed of clientel. Dave has always been an environmentalists and avid hot rodder. In high school he was an active member of an ecology club that routinely volunteered to clean up illegal dump sites in the small county that he grew up in back in Hohenwald, Tennessee. Dave has long been an advocate of solar power and alternative renewable energy. He has helped build solar water heaters, and solar power systems in small villages/communities in Turky, and the Bahammas. He even engineered and built a solar powered 10,000 watt stereo AM broadcast station in Eastern Turky that is still used by the turkish radio authority today. Even though he spent 20+ years in the United States Air Force, Dave never gave up the company. In his travels throughout the world he was constantly re-searching and gaining valuable insight into the "Global Economy" that makes our world's economic structure work. He has also witnessed first hand what many underprivilaged citizens of our world are burdened with in their day to day life struggles. He has seen what global pollution and greed is doing to our planets' environment. Today Dave is retired from government service and is armed with an extensive and global knowledge of the Telecommunications Industry, Electronics manufacturing and Marketing - as well as knowledge of U.S. Government Project Management and Contracting practices.He understands the U.S. Government Grants system and uses that knowledge to obtain funds for his Alternative Fuels project in his quest to build an Ethanol Alcohol Based Ethanol and E-85 Fuel Industry in Phoenix, Arizona.
